1 Yearly Oil Filler Port Cum Air Breather Maintenance
Removal Method
Turn the cap in the counterclockwise direction by hand and remove it.
Cleaning
Air blow the filter section to blow off deposits and adhering material.
Remove dirt from inside the strainer’s cylinder.
Mounting
Fit the cap by turning in the clockwise direction by hand to the position where it stops.

Wear protective glasses when using air blow to avoid getting deposits and dirt in your eyes.
1 Yearly Suction Strainer Maintenance
Removal Method
Set a drain oil receiver below the oil drainage port
Open the oil drain plug (M12 × 20L) and drain out all of the hydraulic oil in the tank
Remove the four hexagonal bolts (M8 × 20L) securing the top plate and tank
Hoist the motor by its suspension plates to separate it from the tank
Loosen and remove the suction strainer with an adjustable wrench
Cleaning
Air blow the filter section to blow off deposits and adhering material
Remove dirt from inside the strainer’s cylinder
Fixed Throttle (φ0.8) Mounting
Check for residual pressure
Remove the hexagon socket head T plug (Rc 1/4)
Mount the fixed throttle (NPTF1/16 × φ0.8)
Wrap sealing tape around the hexagon socket head T plug (Rc 1/4)
Fit the hexagon socket head T plug (Rc 1/4) as it was
Verify the stability of the pressure after mounting
Check for any leaks after installation
Record any issues encountered during the procedure
6 Monthly Hydraulic Unit Maintenance
Safety Precautions
Wear protective glasses and gloves
Ensure power is OFF before starting
Use air blow cautiously to avoid foreign matter in eyes
Check for oil flow from piping during disassembly
Ensure no residual pressure in piping before starting
Collect hydraulic oil in a separate oil receiver to prevent tank overflow
Initial Inspection
Check for abnormal noise, vibration, or heat generation
1 Yearly Oil Cooler Maintenance
Safety Precautions
Stop the unit running and shut off the source power supply.
Wear protective glasses and gloves.
Ensure no excessive forces are applied to the power cable or connector of the DC fan.
Removing the Oil Cooler
Disconnect the connector for the DC fan wiring.
Remove the hose clamps and pull off the two hoses fitted to the oil cooler. Fit a blind plug to the hoses to prevent oil leakage.
Remove two cross-recessed hexagonal bolt and washer assemblies and remove the oil cooler.
