Start the engine and park the machine on a hard, level surface.

Release the tension on the track.

Tooling Adjustment and Installation

Adjust the height of Tooling (A) for sufficient clearance under the undercarriage.

Install Tooling (A) under the undercarriage.

Clean the exterior of the component thoroughly

Disconnect harness assembly (1) and remove actuator motor (2)

Disconnect harness assembly (1)

Remove cover (3), disconnect harness assemblies (5), remove actuator motors (4), and slide out core (6)

Disconnect harness assemblies (5)

Remove screws from control panel (4)

Disconnect additional harness assemblies

Disconnect antenna and harness assemblies

Install control panel (4) in the reverse order of the removal

Ensure the shaft of the track carrier roller and the bore in the mounting bracket are clean and free of dirt.

Enter the weight of the track carrier roller in kg.

Adjust the distance between the outside face of the mounting bracket and the carrier roller to 7.0 ± 0.5 mm.

Tighten the bolt after adjusting the position of the track carrier roller.

Check if the track carrier roller rotates smoothly by manually turning it.

Wear protective goggles when opening refrigerant lines

Ensure no smoking near refrigerant gas

Use a certified recovery and recycling cart

Refer to Service Manual SENR5664 for recovery and charging procedure

Refer to Special Publication NENG2500 for correct tools

Disconnect hose assembly (3) and remove switch (2) and bolts (1)

Clamp hose to contain coolant and remove hoses (4)
