Ensure the following components are installed

Connect harness assembly (9) to blower control

Ensure the following components are installed

Final Actuator and Harness Installation

Start the engine and park the machine on a hard, level surface.

Ensure vent holes are clean before releasing tension on the track.

Is the area clear of personnel to avoid injury from grease and oil under high pressure?

Release the tension on the track.

Loosen relief valve (1) by one turn only.

Ensure the following items are removed

Remove bolts (1) and (3) and cover (2)

Disconnect harness assembly (5)

Remove screws (7) and actuator (6)

Install actuator (6) in the reverse order of removal

Remove screws from control panel (4)

Install control panel (4) in the reverse order of the removal

Wear protective goggles when opening refrigerant lines

Ensure no smoking in the vicinity

Use a certified recovery and recycling cart to remove refrigerant

Reference recovery procedure documentation

Disconnect lines from the refrigerant dryer
