Remove all weight, tools, accessories and equipment from the platform

Turn the key switch to ground control and pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the on position at both ground and platform controls

Testing for SX-105 XC, SX-125 XC and SX-135 XC Models

Place a test weight of 600 lbs / 272kg in the center of the platform

Is the unrestricted range of motion indicator light on at ground controls?

Is the restricted range of motion light on at the ground controls?

Start the engine and extend the jib

Does the jib fully extend and retract?

Check/tighten bolts, nuts and fasteners

Check electrical wiring for chafing or damage

Ensure the machine is on a firm, level surface free of obstructions

Ensure the machine is in the stowed position

Test the Drive Speed - Stowed Position

Mark start and finish lines 40 feet / 12.2 m apart on the ground

Choose a reference point on the machine for timing

Bring the machine to top drive speed before the start line

Record the time when the reference point crosses the start line

Record the time when the reference point crosses the finish line

Lower the boom to the stowed position at the ground controls

Activate function enable and adjust the platform to a level position

Raise and lower the primary boom through a full cycle

Did the platform remain level at all times to within +/-5 degrees?

Remove the drive chassis cover and the axle covers from the non-steer end of the drive chassis

Inspection of Oscillate Directional Valve Linkage

Inspect the linkage for the following

Is the oscillate directional valve linkage in good condition?

Describe any issues found during inspection
