Select a test area that is firm, level and free of obstruction.

Turn the key switch to platform control.

Pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the on position.

Did SYSTEM READY appear on the LCD display screen?

Press down the foot switch and lower the boom to the stowed position.

Rotate the turntable until the boom moves past one of the non-steer wheels.

Select a test area that is firm, level and free of obstruction

Turn the key switch to ground control

Pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the on position

Push in the red Emergency Stop button to the off position

Do all functions stop operating?

Pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the on position

Put on protective clothing and eye wear

Remove all rings, watches, and other jewelry

Battery Connections and Brackets

Ensure battery cable connections are tight and free of corrosion

Ensure battery hold-down brackets are in place and secure

Select a test area that is firm, level and free of obstruction

Turn the key switch to platform control

Pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the on position

Check if SYSTEM READY appears on the LCD display screen

Move the drive control handle in the direction of the blue arrow until the machine begins to move, then return the handle to the center position

Ensure the foot switch is not pressed down
