Forklift Hydraulic Fluid Level Check
Preparation
Ensure the engine is off
Ensure all cylinders are in the retracted position
Dipstick Inspection
Remove the hydraulic tank dipstick by unscrewing the filler cap
Wipe the dipstick clean with a clean, lint-free cloth
Re-insert the dipstick in the dipstick tube
Remove the dipstick again to check the fluid level
Is the fluid level between the bottom of the dipstick and the full line?

Place a floor jack under the chain case near the tire to be changed
Loosen the lug nuts on the wheel before raising the jack
Use the jack to raise the tire until it just clears the floor
Remove the lug nuts and the wheel
Installation
Place the new tire and wheel assembly onto the wheel studs
Is the new tire slightly larger than the old one?
Raise the jack slightly to suit the new tire, if necessary
100 Hourly Forklift Fuel Filters Change
Caution: Ensure Engine is Off and Cool
Ensure the engine is turned off and cool before starting the procedure.
Refer to Fig. 8B for visual guidance.
Preparation
Locate the fuel filters
Turn the shut-off valve handle to the horizontal position.
Depress the throttle pedal all the way and hold for five seconds.
Place a drip pan under the filters to catch any spilling fuel.

Ensure all mounting bolts are present, tight, and in good condition
