⚠ WARNING: Relieve the pressure in the system before removing hoses or fittings.

Check the location of the grease reservoir

Remove the dust cap from the grease reservoir

Clean the filler tube assembly and the coupling on the filler assembly

Install the filler assembly onto the filler tube assembly

Fill the grease reservoir with grease to the maximum level

Remove the filler assembly and install the dust cap

Reference the Operation and Maintenance Manual for lubricant viscosities

Remove bolt (2) and swing the condenser away from the radiator

Release the hydraulic oil cooler using control knob (1) and swing it away

Swing the hydraulic oil cooler back into position and replace the bolts

Swing the air conditioner condenser back into position and replace the bolts

Integrated Toolcarrier Lubrication

Wipe off all fittings before applying lubricant

Apply lubricant through fittings on each side of the machine

Bucket Upper Pivot Bearings Lubrication

Wipe off the fitting before applying lubricant

Apply lubricant through the fitting of Bucket Upper Pivot Bearings

Wipe off all fittings before applying lubricant

Apply lubricant through fittings on each side of the logging fork

Remove the drain plugs and attach a hose to a suitable drain adapter.

Install a drain adapter into each drain valve and allow the oil to drain into a suitable container.

Remove the drain adapters from the drain valves.

Clean the drain plugs and install the drain plugs.

Wipe off the dipstick/fill plugs and the surfaces around them.

Remove the dipstick/fill plugs and add 0.5 L (0.5 qt) of 1U-9891 Hydraulic Oil Additive to each axle.

Fill the axles with oil as per the Operation and Maintenance Manual.

Ensure engine is stopped and radiator is cool before opening cap

Drain coolant to a level below the water temperature regulator housing

Inspect gaskets for wear or damage and replace if necessary

Replace the water temperature regulator and seals

Verify thermostat is installed correctly
