Radiator Core Cleaning

Remove bolt (2) and swing the condenser away from the radiator

Release the hydraulic oil cooler using control knob (1) and swing it away

Clean the radiator fins

Swing the hydraulic oil cooler back into position and replace the bolts

Swing the air conditioner condenser back into position and replace the bolts

Install a drain adapter into each drain valve and allow the oil to drain into a suitable container.

Remove the drain adapters from the drain valves.

Clean the drain plugs and install the drain plugs.

Wipe off the dipstick/fill plugs and the surfaces around them.

Remove the dipstick/fill plugs and add 0.5 L (0.5 qt) of 1U-9891 Hydraulic Oil Additive to each axle.

Fill the axles with oil as per the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
