Replace with a new hydraulic tank breather

Install the right rear side panel

Check the sideshift carriage sliding surfaces

Is lubrication necessary for the sliding surface?

Lubricate the sliding surface at grease fittings with multipurpose grease if necessary

Bearing Strip Areas Cleaning and Inspection

Upper Bearing Strips Inspection

Remove upper bearing strips from the cylinder body

Is any upper bearing strip worn to less than 2.0 mm (0.08 in.) thickness?

Ensure that the master cylinder reservoir is filled with brake oil.

Confirm the availability of two people to perform the procedure.

Attach one end of a rubber hose to the bleed screw of the wheel cylinder and place the other end into an empty container.

Loosen the bleed screw at the wheel cylinder one turn.

Slowly push the brake pedal and hold it at the end of its stroke.

Check that the oxygen sensor electrical connector is seated and locked

Verify lift truck models applicable to this procedure

Does the gas cylinder operate correctly when the tilt lever is released?
