Ensure the engine is cool before removing the radiator cap.

Is the coolant temperature indicator light OFF when the engine is running?

Check coolant level in the coolant recovery reservoir.

Is the coolant level between the ADD and FULL marks on the auxiliary coolant reservoir?

Ensure the path of the compressed air is away from all personnel

Wear protective goggles or a face shield

Check the radiator core for restrictions

Describe any material causing the radiator core to be plugged or restricted

Adjust compressed air to a maximum output of 103 kPa (15 psi)

Blow debris from the core and fan shroud using compressed air

Test LPG/Gas Regulator Pressure

Check Throttle Shaft For Sticking

Check throttle body return action to ensure throttle shaft is not sticking.

Repair throttle shaft if necessary.

Inspect Exhaust Manifold And Piping For Leaks

Check exhaust manifold and piping for leaks

Repair any leaks found during inspection.

Valve Clearance Check and Adjustment for Cummins QSB 3.3L Diesel Engine

Ensure that the master cylinder reservoir is filled with brake oil.

Ensure two people are available to perform the procedure.

Attach one end of a rubber hose to the bleed screw of the wheel cylinder and place the other end into an empty container.

Loosen bleed screw at wheel cylinder one turn.

Slowly push brake pedal and hold it at the end of its stroke.

Ensure service brakes operate correctly before checking the parking brake

Is the parking brake indicator icon illuminated as described in the Operating Manual?

With system power OFF, does the alarm sound for 10 seconds if the operator leaves the seat without applying the parking brake?

With system power ON or engine running, does the alarm sound continuously if the operator leaves the seat without applying the parking brake?

Does the parking brake hold a lift truck with a full capacity load on a 15% grade?
