Ensure no mixing of different oil brands or types

Check the label on the air receiver/oil tank for the type of oil filled ex-factory

Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage

Depressurise the compressor by unscrewing filler plug one turn

Remove the plug after the system is depressurised

Depressurise the air receiver by opening drain valve

Measure the force applied at the midpoint of the belts

Remove any dirt from the air cooler

Check the tension and the condition of the belts

Push the stop button on the control panel

Wait for the compressor to switch to unloaded operation and stop after 120 seconds

Did the automatic operation LED go out?

Was the emergency stop button used?

Unlock the emergency stop button by pulling it out, if it was used
