Inspect the check valve and stop valve in the discharge line
Ensure the check valve is protecting the pump from reverse flow and excessive backpressure
Verify the stop valve is used correctly during priming, starting, and shutting down the pump
Close the stop valve before stopping the pump, especially when operated against a high static head
Record any issues found during the inspection

Is the insulation resistance above the specified values during storage?
Perform insulation resistance test every three months

Ensure terminals are not touched during and immediately after measuring
Ensure power supplies are disconnected and no moving parts are present
Select the rated voltage range for measurement
Enter the measured insulation resistance value
Calculate the required insulation resistance using the formula: (Rated voltage (v) / 1000 + 1) x 10 (MΩ)

Ensure the binding at the coil end is in its normal position
