Place lift trucks on level concrete

Pull the parking brake lever and place chocks before front wheels to prevent movement of forklift

Put the lifting jack under the counterweight

Ensure the jack capacity is greater than 2/3 of service weight of forklift

Loosen wheel nuts 1-2 turns each by turning them counter-clockwise

Raise the forklift by swinging the rod of jack until it is off of the ground

Support forklift truck by putting additional wooden blocks under each side of the frontend frame

Lower the forks to the ground and tilt the mast back

Put transmission in neutral position

Ensure no contact with hot hydraulic oil or parts

Start the engine and warm-up thoroughly, then shut off.

Remove the cap from the oil filling port and the discharge plug from the oil pan to let the oil flow out.

Oil Filter Removal and Installation

Detach the oil filter using the appropriate tool.

Carriage Beam and Attachment Check

Check the clearance of carriage beam and below

Is the rise catch right on the flute of fork carriage?

Use the auto currency lithic-grease per 500 hours to bearing surface

Hardware and Hydraulic Pressure Loop Check

Is the tie-in of hydraulic pressure loop intact?

Is the hydraulic pressure loop tube damaged?

Open the radiator cover and loosen the drain cover to let the coolant flow out

Add cooling fluid to radiator up to the top

Stop the engine and allow it to cool down fully

Add cooling fluid to radiator up to the top after engine cools down
