Lower the forks to the ground and tilt the mast back

Put transmission in neutral position

Ensure no contact with hot hydraulic oil and parts

Front-wheel bearing maintenance

Refer to the drive axle wheel contents in the Maintenance Manual

Refer to the steering axle contents in the Maintenance Manual

Remove the oil plug and drain oil into a case

Check the liquid level in the battery

Is the liquid level below the LOWER LEVEL?

Add water to the battery until it reaches the UPPER LEVEL

Electrolyte and Battery Condition Check

Check the battery for the following conditions

Check the electric eye indicator color

Is the electric eye indicator red?

Examine the battery shell for rupture or leakage if the indicator is red

Carriage Beam and Attachment Check

Check the clearance of carriage beam and below

Is the rise catch right on the flute of fork carriage?

Use the auto currency lithic-grease per 500 hours to bearing surface

Hardware and Hydraulic Pressure Loop Check

Is the tie-in of hydraulic pressure loop intact and undamaged?

Is the tube of hydraulic pressure loop damaged?
