Lower the forks to the ground and tilt the mast back

Put transmission in neutral position

Ensure not to touch hot hydraulic oil or parts

Press the belt at the midway point between the water pump pulley and the generator pulley with 10kg pressure and check the drop distance

Is the belt tension up to standards?

Is the belt loose, cut out, or without reserve?

Power Shift Transmission Fluid Level

Open the inspection cover and remove the filler cap

Is the fluid level on the upper mark of the gauge?

Start the engine and warm-up thoroughly, then shut off.

Remove the cap from the oil filling port and the discharge plug from the oil pan.

Check for milky engine oil indicating coolant infiltration.

Check for very thin oil indicating gasoline contamination.

Oil Filter Removal and Installation

Detach the oil filter using the appropriate tool.

Wipe the mounting surface of the oil filter with a clean cloth.

Install the existing transducer on the new filter

Apply a little fuel on the filter airproof

Turn the new filter until the airproof mat adheres to the surface

Screw down the filter 2/3 turns

Replace engine oil with new oil

Air Cleaner Element Replacement

Remove the old air cleaner element

Install the new air cleaner element
