In the spirit of spring, MaintainX’s latest features are helping customers clear out waste and grow with fresh momentum.

Keeping operations consistent and efficient across teams and facilities is fundamental to company growth. That’s why our Global Features launch last week added asset transfers and new reporting dashboards to an already strong suite of multi-site optimization  tools.

Custom Roles was also released to keep your teams focused on what’s most important to their jobs.

And to import data faster, you can now upload Asset lists, and related data, to MaintainX yourself—no ticket required.

Let’s take a closer look at what’s new in MaintainX.

Standardize and optimize across sites with Global Features

Standardizing and streamlining operations is essential for multi-site leaders. But scaling best practices, evaluating performance, and collaborating at a distance continue to be major challenges.

That’s where MaintainX’s new multi-site management features come in.

With Global Reporting, leadership can now compare and contrast performance metrics across facilities, and drill into site-specific data, all in one view. This helps them quickly see where to focus their efforts for improvements or repeatable success.

For companies with mobile equipment, Global Assets allows you to move assets from one MaintainX organization to another without losing work history or asset health data.

This adds even more firepower to MaintainX’s Enterprise plan—which already enables you to view and share parts and procedures across facilities.

Customize role permissions to fit your needs

When you’re managing teams with different responsibilities, it’s important to have control and flexibility over their access to data and features.

Custom Roles lets you tailor each user’s permissions to their specific role. This ensures they have all the information and functionality they need, and none that they don’t.

With technicians, operators, safety managers, tool crib attendants and more all using MaintainX every day, this keeps workflows as streamlined as possible for each person.

Custom Roles is available now on our Enterprise plan.

Import data faster with self-serve asset uploads

To make it as easy as possible to build a strong foundation for your equipment data in MaintainX, we also added self-serve imports for Assets.

Admin users on any MaintainX plan can now import Assets in bulk using CSV or Excel files.

While this accelerates the upload process for many companies, remember that our support team and your account reps are still here to help you manage and import your data.
