Pull the Emergency Stop Switch out to the 'ON' position

Push the Enable Switch and activate a function

Platform Elevation and Pothole Guard Deployment

Lift the platform to the specified height

Did the pothole guards deploy automatically?

Press one side of the pothole guard

Press the other side of the pothole guard

Did the pothole guard remain immobile?

Platform Lowering and Pothole Guard Stowage

Pull out the red emergency stop button on the platform controller to the ON position

Pull out the red emergency stop button on the ground controller to the ON position

Turn the key switch to the ground controller position

Observe the LED display on the platform controller for the proper reading

Is the LED display showing the correct reading?

Describe any discrepancies observed in the LED display

Ensure the enable switch on the control handle is not pressed

Move the control handle forward or backward. Are all lift functions non-operational?

Lift Function Selector and Enable Switch Test

Press the lift function selector button

Press the enable switch on the control handle

Move the control handle backward. Does the platform elevate and the pothole guards deploy?

Platform Control Handle Release Test

Release the platform control handle. Does the platform stop elevating?

Ensure the battery posts are secure and not corroded

Check the battery is secure and not damaged

Check that all buttons/switches on the PCU panel function normally

Ensure the PCU emergency stop switch is secure

Check if all switches operate properly
