Push up the platform lift switch to elevate the platform approximately 24 in (60cm)

Pull out the emergency lowering control button at the right front part of the machine

Did the platform descend without the lowering alarm sounding?

Switch the key switch to the platform controller

Ensure the platform is completely lowered

Drive two wheels on the same side of the machine up on a 1.37×7.9in (3.5×20cm) block

Lift the platform to the specified height from the table

Did the platform stop moving and the tilt alarm sound at 120 times per minute?

Is the drive function disabled in both forward and reverse directions?

Pull the Emergency Stop Switch out to the 'ON' position

Push the Enable Switch and activate a function

Did the horn sound as expected?

Reset the Emergency Stop Switch to the 'OFF' position

Describe any issues encountered during the test

Operation is forbidden unless the following safe operating principles of the machine are understood and performed.

The workstation inspection must be performed and proper operating procedures understood before the next step.

Function test has been performed

Machine is used as described in this manual

Determine if safe operation of machine is possible from the workstation

Understand and avoid hazards while moving, delivering, or operating the machine

Press the lift function button and check if the indicator lamp lights up.

Press and hold the enable switch to lift the platform to the specified height.

Verify that the pothole guards are deployed.

Press the drive function selector button and check if the indicator light lights up.

Press the enable switch on the control handle.

Slowly move the control handle fully forward.

Measure the drive speed of the platform when elevated.
