Pull out the red emergency stop buttons on the platform controller and the ground controller to the ON position

Turn the key switch to the ground controller position

Observe the LED display on the platform controller for the proper reading

Check for loose or damaged bolts or abnormal noise

Check if any circlip or washer on fork arms are damaged, worn, or missing

Check if the platform, scissor stack arm, and chassis are deformed or have broken welds

Check if the paint is excessively chipped or peeling off

Check if the decals and safety signs are correct and legible

Check if the manuals are with the machine

Check if the emergency lowering system operates properly

Pull the Emergency Stop Switch out to the 'ON' position

Push the Enable Switch and activate a function

Did the horn sound as expected?

Describe any issues encountered during the test

Check that all buttons/switches on the PCU panel function normally

Inspect wiring harnesses for damage

Inspect solenoid valves and sensors

Inspect limit switches and sensors

Inspect control panel switches and wiring

Inspect motor and related components

Inspect solenoid valve and charger wiring

Inspect battery and related components

Press the lift function button and check if the indicator lamp lights up.

Press and hold the enable switch to lift the platform to the specified height.

Verify that the pothole guards are deployed.

Press the drive function selector button and check if the indicator light lights up.

Press the enable switch on the control handle.

Slowly move the control handle fully forward.

Record the drive speed of the platform when elevated.
