Pre-Operation Inspection Responsibilities

Operator is responsible for pre-operation inspection and routine maintenance.

Perform visual inspection daily before each work shift.

Use inspection to confirm if routine maintenance is required.

Pre-Operation Inspection Process

Ensure the manual is complete, legible, and stored in the manual box on the platform.

Ensure all labels are clear, readable, and appropriately placed.

Check for hydraulic oil leakage and proper oil level.

Check for battery fluid leakage and suitable liquid level. Add distilled water if required.

Press the drive function selector switch

Check if the drive function indicator lights up

Press the enable switch on the control handle

Press the rocker switch on top of control handle according to the direction indicated by leftward arrows on the control panel

Verify if the machine turns left

Press the rocker switch on top of the control handle according to the direction indicated by rightward arrows on the control panel

Verify if the machine turns right

Platform Elevation and Pothole Guard Deployment

Lift the platform to the specified height

Did the pothole guards deploy automatically?

Press one side of the pothole guard

Press the other side of the pothole guard

Did the pothole guard remain immobile?

Platform Lowering and Pothole Guard Stowage

Check for loose or damaged bolts or abnormal noise

Check if any circlip or washer on fork arms are damaged, worn, or missing

Check if the emergency lowering system operates properly

Check if the platform, scissor stack arm, and chassis are deformed or have broken welds

Check if the paint is excessively chipped or peeling off

Check if the decals and safety signs are correct and legible

Check if the manuals are with the machine

Check if machine performance and limit switches operate properly

Set emergency stop buttons to ON position

Turn key switch to ground controller position

Observe LED display on platform controller
