Check for loose or damaged bolts or abnormal noise

Check if any circlip or washer on fork arms are damaged, worn, or missing

Check if the platform, scissor stack arm, and chassis are deformed or have broken welds

Check if the paint is excessively chipped or peeling off

Check if the decals and safety signs are correct and legible

Check if the manuals are with the machine

Check if the emergency lowering system operates properly

Press the enable switch on the control handle

Push the control handle forward until the machine moves

Return the handle to the center position

Did the machine move forward and then stop?

Push the control handle backward until the machine moves

Return the handle to the center position

Did the machine move backward and then stop?

Verify the alarm system controls the buzzer to output alarms with different frequencies.

Enter the frequency of the lowering alarm (times per minute).

Enter the frequency of the buzzer if pothole guards fail to deploy (times per minute).

Enter the frequency of the buzzer for any overload (times per minute).

Platform Control Switch Testing

Push up and hold the platform lift control switch. Does the platform fail to elevate?

Position the key switch to the ground control position.

Is the hydraulic system pressure normal?

Is the lift system hydraulic pressure normal?

Is the steering system hydraulic pressure normal?

Is the driving system hydraulic pressure normal?

Check for loose or damaged components

Pull out the red emergency stop button on the platform controller to the ON position

Pull out the red emergency stop button on the ground controller to the ON position

Turn the key switch to the ground controller position

Observe the LED display on the platform controller for the proper reading

Is the LED display showing the correct reading?
