Press the enable switch on the control handle

Move the control handle forward and return to center

Push the control handle as per the direction of the forward arrows until the machine is moving

Return the handle to the center position

Did the machine move forward and then stop?

Move the control handle backward and return to center

Move the control handle as per the direction of the backward arrows until the machine is moving

Return the handle to the center position

Did the machine move backward and then stop?

Ensure the platform is completely lowered

Drive two wheels on the same side of the machine up on a 1.37×7.9in (3.5×20cm) block

Lift the platform to the specified height from the table

Did the platform stop moving and the tilt alarm sound at 120 times per minute?

Is the drive function disabled in both forward and reverse directions?

Pull the Emergency Stop Switch out to the “ON” position

Push the Enable Switch and activate a function

Did the horn sound as expected?

Describe any issues encountered during the test

Activate emergency lowering control

Press the drive function selector switch

Check if the drive function indicator lights up

Press the enable switch on the control handle

Press the rocker switch on top of control handle according to the direction indicated by leftward arrows on the control panel

Press the rocker switch on top of the control handle according to the direction indicated by rightward arrows on the control panel
