Press the drive function selector switch

Press the rocker switch on top of control handle according to the direction indicated by leftward arrows on the control panel

Pothole Guard Testing

Platform Elevation and Pothole Guard Deployment

Lift the platform to the specified height

Did the pothole guards deploy automatically?

Pothole Guard Stability Check

Press one side of the pothole guard

Press the other side of the pothole guard

Did the pothole guard remain immobile?

Platform Lowering and Pothole Guard Stowage

Lower the platform

Operation Of Tilt Sensor Testing

Pre-Test Setup

Ensure the platform is completely lowered

Drive two wheels on the same side of the machine up on a 1.37×7.9in (3.5×20cm) block

Tilt Sensor Test

Lift the platform to the specified height from the table

Did the platform stop moving and the tilt alarm sound at 120 times per minute?

Is the drive function disabled in both forward and reverse directions?

Post-Test Procedure

Lower the platform

Lift Function And Function Enable Switch Testing

Initial Control Handle Test

Do not press the enable switch on the control handle

Move the control handle forward or backward. Are all lift functions non-operational?

Lift Function Selector and Enable Switch Test

Press the lift function selector button

Press the enable switch on the control handle

Move the control handle backward. Does the platform elevate and the pothole guards deploy?

Platform Control Handle Release Test

Release the platform control handle

Using the Workstation Inspection procedures, the operator can determine if the safe operation of machine is possible from the workstation. The operator shall carry out this process before operating the machine from the workstation.

Understanding the hazards of the workstation are the responsibilities of the operator. Avoid these hazards while moving, delivering, or operating the machine.
