1 Daily Engine Oil Level Check
WARNING: To avoid serious injury: Be sure to stop the engine before checking the oil level.
Vehicle parked on a level surface?
Cargo bed raised and safety support mounted?
Engine stopped?
Check engine oil before starting the engine or 5 minutes or more after the engine has stopped.
Oil level checked with dipstick?
Oil level lies between the 2 debossed lines on the dipstick?
If the level is too low, add new prescribed oil to the prescribed level at the oil inlet. (See the first table of 'LUBRICANTS, FUEL AND COOLANT' in 'MAINTENANCE' section.)
IMPORTANT: When using an oil of different maker or viscosity from the previous one, remove all of the old oil. Never mix 2 different types of oil. If oil level is low, do not run engine.
100 Hourly Alternator Belt Tension Adjustment
WARNING: To avoid serious injury: Be sure to stop the engine before checking belt tension.
Vehicle parked on a flat surface
Seat opened
Utility box and maintenance cover removed
Engine stopped
Moderate thumb pressure applied to belt between pulleys
Tension checked and within acceptable limits
Alternator mounting bolts loosened if tension is incorrect
Lever placed between the alternator and the engine block
100 Hourly Wheel Fastener Torque Check
WARNING: To avoid serious injury: Never operate vehicle with a loose wheel bolts. Any time bolts are loosened, retighten to the specified torque. Check all bolts frequently and keep them tight. Check wheel bolts regularly especially when new. If they are loose, tighten them as follows.
Check if all wheel bolts are tight
Enter the torque value of the wheel bolts

100 Hourly Toe-in Adjustment
Park vehicle on a flat place.
Turn steering wheel so front wheels are in the straight ahead position.
Lock the park brake and stop the engine.
Measure distance between tire beads at front of tire, at hub height.
Measure distance between tire beads at rear of tire, at hub height.
Front distance should be shorter than rear distance.
If not, adjust tie rod length.
Adjusting procedures
Loosen the lock nut and turn the tie rod to adjust the rod length until the proper toe-in measurement is obtained.
100 Hourly Fuel Line / Filter Check
WARNING: To avoid serious injury: Be sure to stop the engine and remove the key when attempting to make the following checks and changes.
Never fail to check the fuel lines periodically. The fuel lines are subject to wear and aging. Fuel may leak out onto the running engine, causing a fire.
The fuel line connections should be checked annually or every 100 service hours, whichever comes first.
Park the vehicle on a flat surface, raise the cargo bed, mount the safety support and shut off the engine.
Check the fuel line. If it is made of rubber and ages regardless of service period.
If the fuel line and clamps are found to be damaged or deteriorated, replace them.
Check fuel filter, if it is clogged by debris or contaminated with water, replace it.
When the fuel line is disconnected for maintenance or repair, close both ends of the fuel line with a piece of clean cloth or paper to prevent dust and dirt from entering. In addition, particular care must be taken not to admit dust and dirt into the fuel pump. Entrance of even a small amount of dust or dirt cause premature wear and malfunction of the fuel pump and injector components.
