1 Daily Air Cleaner Inspection
Location: Air Cleaner Assembly
Remove rear of canister
Remove element
Inspect filter element for contamination
Inspect tubing going to filter body from engine for cracks or leaks
Inspect air cleaner body and gaskets for cracks or leaks
Sign off on the air cleaner inspection
1 Daily Water Separator Check
Shut off engine
Turn valve on bottom of filter (A) counter clockwise
Drain until clear fuel is present
Retighten valve
NOTE If more than 2 oz. of fuel are drained, refilling of the jfilter is required to prevent hard starting
Was the procedure completed successfully?
Sign off on the water separator check
1 Daily Transmission Oil Level Check
Level out machine
Engine is running
Transmission oil temperature
Oil level between the add and full marks on dip stick
Replace dip stick
50 Hourly Axle Oil Check
CHECK AXLE PLANETARY OIL
Location: Filler/Drain Plug (A)
Check lubricant level in the wheel end with the filler/drain plug hole at the 3 or 9 o'clock position
Remove FillerlDrain Plug (A). Oil should run freely out of hole
CHECK AXLE DIFFERENTIAL OIL
Location: Fill Plug (A), Check Plug (C), Drain Plug (B)
Move machine to level ground
Remove Check Plug (C) oil should flow freely from hole
250 Hourly Vehicle Maintenance
Change Hydraulic Return Filter
Operate engine until water has reached 140 degrees F
Place drain pan directly beneath engine oil Drain Plug (B)
Allow oil to drain completely
Change Engine Oil and Filter
Clean area around engine Oil Filter (A)
Remove filter
Apply a thin film of clean oil around new filter gasket before installation
Fill new engine oil filter with clean oil before installation
