Hydraulic Oil Level Check
Is the platform fully lowered?
Check the sight gauge on the side of the hydraulic reservoir.
Is the hydraulic oil level visible in the middle of the sight gauge?
Sign off on the hydraulic oil level check
Air Filter/Regulator Canister Check
Check the air filter/regulator canister for any water accumulation
Is water visible in the canister?
If water is visible, proceed to the next step. If not, the procedure is complete.
Loosen the drain plug at the bottom of the canister and allow the water to drain out
Tighten the drain plug
Sign off on the air filter/regulator canister check
Battery Check
Warning: Contact with hot or live circuits could result in death or serious injury. Remove all rings, watches and other jewelry.
Bodily injury hazard. Batteries contain acid. Avoid spilling or contacting battery acid. Neutralize battery acid spills with baking soda and water.
Protective clothing and eye wear worn?
Battery vent caps removed?
Battery acid level
Replenished with distilled water to the bottom of the battery fill tube?
Vent caps installed?
Sign off on the battery check
Air Line Lubricator Oil Level Check
Is the platform fully lowered?
Measure the oil level in the lubricator canister
The oil level must be within 1/2 inch / 12.7 mm from the top of the lubricator canister.
Is the oil level within the specified range?
If not, proceed to the next step.
Upload a photo of the lubricator canister before adding oil.
To add oil, remove the oil lubricator canister from the lubricator base and fill with oil.
Upload a photo of the lubricator canister after adding oil.
Install the canister back onto the lubricator base.
Tire Pressure Check
Warning: Improperly inflated tires can affect machine handling.
Check each tire with an air pressure gauge.
Enter the air pressure in the tire
