Genie Articulated Boom Lift S-100 HD

- Oil, coolant, fuel, exhaust and vacuum

hoses - check for leaks, damage or deterioration

- Electrical wiring - check for chafing or damage

- Cylinder head bolts - torque (40.5 ft-lbs / 55 Nm)

Check for leaks in Oil, fuel and coolant systems

Clean/replace air cleaner element

Sign off on the daily engine maintenance

- Check the Oscillate Directional Valve Linkage (if equipped)

1. Remove the drive chassis cover and the axle covers from the non-steer end of the drive chassis

2. Locate the oscillate directional valve inside of the non-steer axle and inspect the linkage for the following:

1) Lock nut is tight against yoke

2) Yoke clevis pins are installed

3) Cotter pins are installed through clevis pins

4) Linkage is properly attached to directional valve;

- Check and Adjust the Engine RPM

Note: These procedures do not apply to the following engine models. The engine RPM is controlled by the ECM and can only be adjusted by re-programming the ECM. If RPM or service is required, please contact Genie Product Support
