Change Transmission Oil & Filter

Check fuel gauge (1) located on instrument panel in cab

If fuel is low, proceed to fuel source and perform “Shut-Down Procedure” on page 4-4

If equipped, unlock and remove padlock. Lift hasp (2) and turn fuel tank cap (3) to remove from filler neck

Replace and secure fuel tank cap

Note: Replenish diesel fuel at end of each work shift to minimize condensation

NOTICE: EQUIPMENT DAMAGE. Do not allow machine to run out of fuel during operation. See Engine Operation & Maintenance Manual for details prior to servicing

Sign off on the fuel level check

Perform “Shut-Down Procedure” on page 4-4.

Loosen drain cock (4) on underside of fuel filter (5) and allow all water to drain into a glass until clear fuel is visible

Close and secure the engine cover

Warning: Ensure to use the same size, ply and brand as originally installed for replacement.

Enter the brand of the replacement tire

Enter the size of the replacement tire

Enter the ply of the replacement tire

Replacement tire has equal or greater ply/load rating and size of original?

Replacement tire tread contact width equal or greater than original?

Replacement wheel diameter, width and offset dimensions equal to the original?

Replacement tire approved for the application by the manufacturer (including inflation pressure and maximum tire load)?

Is the replacement tire foam filled or ballast filled?

Perform “Shut-Down Procedure” on page 4-4.

Dipstick removed and oil mark checked

If oil is low, remove oil fill cap and add oil to bring oil up to the full mark in the crosshatch area.

Oil fill cap and dipstick replaced

Engine cover closed and secured
