Check Oil, fuel or coolant leaks

Check Tilt cylinder socket bolts

Parts to be Changed Periodically

2400 service hours or 1 year, whichever comes first

2400 to 4800 service hours or 1 to 2 years, whichever comes first

4800 service hours or 2 years, which ever comes first

Powershift Transmission Change Oil and Wash Strainer

Hydraulic System Change Return Oil Filter and Wash Strainer

Lift bracket raised and secured

Level/fill plug removed and cleaned

Lubricant level maintained to the bottom of the level/fill hole

Level/fill plug put back in place

Powershift transmission oil level checked

Hydraulic tank return oil filter

– Bolts and nuts of overhead guard should be retightened.;
