Inspect the electronic condensate drain

Functioning of the drain checked by pushing the TEST button of the drain

Cleaning of the drain filter done by opening the manual drain valve for a few seconds

Hold a towel against the drain outlet when opening

Sign off on the weekly electronic condensate drain maintenance

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Is the installation checked by an authorized control body?

If not, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Enter the pressure drop indicated by the differential pressure indicators on top of the filter

Warning: For trained personnel only

Is the finned surface of condenser brushed or blown off regularly?

Enter the differential pressure indicators on top of the DD and PD filter

NOTE! these maintenance intervals are intended for well ventilated, not dusty and not high humidity environments. For particularly high humidity ambient conditions, the intervals should be halved;
