Change the differential oil (initial, one-time interval)

Change the hub oil (initial, one-time interval)

Change the differential lubricating oil (initial, one-time interval)

Change the planetary reduction lubricating oil (initial, one-time interval)

Adjust the negative brake (initial, one-time interval)

Sign off on the Dana Axle Maintenance

Engine specifications require that this procedure be performed every 12000 hours

Cooling System Coolant (Extended life coolant) - change

Sign off on the engine maintenance

Check the oil, fuel, and coolant systems for leaks

Inspect and drain the fuel system filter / water separator

Clean the air filter discharge valve

Check engine tightness for leaks

Inspect the Tires, Wheels and Lug Nut Torque

Genie specifications require that this procedure be performed quarterly

Maintaining the tires and wheels, including proper wheel fastener torque, is essential to safe operation and good performance

Tire and/or wheel failure could result in a machine tip-over

Component damage may also result if problems are not discovered and repaired in a timely fashion

An over-inflated tire can explode and could cause death or serious injury

Do not use temporary flat tire repair products

Sign off on the axle maintenance
