The 50 hour maintenance procedure is a one time sequence of procedures to be performed after the first 50 hours of usage

After this interval, refer to the maintenance inspection report for continued scheduled maintenance

1. Perform the following maintenance procedures

Q-6 Inspect the Tires, Wheels and Lug Nut Torque

A-5 Replace the Hydraulic Filters

Q-6 Inspect the Tires, Wheels and Lug Nut Torque

Genie specifications require that this procedure be performed quarterly

Valve clearance checked and adjusted

Engine coolant tested and added

Fuel filter / separator replaced

Sign off on the engine maintenance

Inspect the Fuel and Hydraulic Tank Cap Venting Systems

Genie specifications require that this procedure be performed quarterly

Perform this procedure more often if dusty conditions exist

Free-breathing fuel and hydraulic tank caps are essential for good machine performance and service life

A dirty or clogged tank cap may cause the machine to perform poorly and continued use may cause component damage

Extremely dirty conditions may require that the caps be inspected more often

Perform this procedure in an open, well-ventilated area away from heaters, sparks, flames and lighted tobacco

Perform Engine Maintenance – 1000 Hours

Engine specifications require that this procedure be performed every 1000 hours

Required maintenance procedures and additional engine information are available in the manufacturer's manuals

Charge air cooler entry area - drain lube oil/condensate
