[SAFETY PRECAUTION]: Be sure to stop the engine before changing the oil filter cartridge.

Enter the current service hours of the engine

Slight coat of oil applied onto the cartridge gasket?

New cartridge installed without over tightening?

Engine oil checked for leakage?

Engine oil level checked and replenished to the prescribed level?

[CAUTION]: To prevent serious damage to the hydraulic system, replacement element must be highly efficient. Use only a KUBOTA genuine filter or its equivalent;

Is the replacement filter a KUBOTA genuine filter or its equivalent?

Warning: Ensure the tractor is turned off before starting the lubrication process.

King Pins, Rod Ends and Center Pin lubricated?

Interlock Rod and sliding holder lubricated?

Brake pedal shaft and the speed control pedal shaft lubricated?

Front Wheel Drive Lever (4WD) lubricated?

Sign off on the tractor lubrication

CAUTION: Never apply oil to the air cleaner as it uses a dry element.

Is dust build up more than half of the dust cup?

If dust build up is more than half, detach the dust cup and throw away the dust.

If the filter element is touched, it requires cleaning. Refer to the attached instructions.

If the element is strained with carbon or oil, apply one of the following cleansers

Change the element once yearly or every time the air cleaner is rinsed with water (6 times a year).

Is the dust cup refitted with the arrow upright?

If the dust cup is improperly refitted, dust passes by the dust cup and directly adheres to the element, badly affecting the service life.

CAUTION: Never operate the tractor immediately after changing the transmission oil and filter cartridge. Keeping the engine at medium speed for a few minutes prevents the damage of transmission.

Initial 50 hours of use completed?

Upload a photo of the transmission case before draining

Oil pan placed underneath the transmission case?

Drain plugs at the bottom of the transmission case removed?

Upload a photo of the drained transmission case

Strainers disassembled and cleaned?

Upload a photo of the new hydrostatic transmission oil fill

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Note: Tightening the adjusting bolt slows down the lowering speed while loosening it accelerates the speed.

Lock nut securely tightened after adjustment?

Enter the time it takes for the implement to descend from the top position to the ground

Sign off on the implement lowering speed adjustment
