- Replace Hydraulic Oil Filter / Replacing Transmission Oil Filter [HST Type]

• Be sure to stop the engine before changing oil filter cartridge

• Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and can burn

1. Remove the drain plugs at the bottom of the transmission case drain the oil completely into the oil pan

2. After draining reinstall the drain plugs

4. Put a film of clean transmission oil on the rubber seal of the new filter

Enter the battery condition reading

Clean Air Cleaner [Double type] Primary element

CAUTION! Be sure to stop the engine before changing oil filter cartridge. Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and can burn.

Remove the oil filter cartridge with the filter wrench

Apply a slight coat of oil onto the new cartridge gasket

Install the new cartridge, screw it in by hand. Over tightening may cause deformation of rubber gasket

Check that the engine oil does not leak through the seal and read the oil level on the dipstick. Replenish the engine oil up to the specified level

IMPORTANT: To prevent serious damage to the engine, replacement element must be highly efficient. Use only a KUBOTA genuine filter or its equivalent.

Sign off on the engine oil filter cartridge replacement

Check Air conditioner pipes and hoses

Check Lubricating points as required

Check Amount of refrigerant (gas)

Drain Clutch housing water as required

- Replace Transmission oil filter [HST]

- Check Radiator hose and clamp

- Check Power steering oil line

(Only the Check Points Different from Those for Tractors with CABIN):

- Adjust Tension of air conditioner drive belt
