Initial 50 Hours Engine Oil Replacement
CAUTION! Before changing oil, be sure to stop the engine. Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and can burn.
Start and warm up the engine for approx. 5 minutes
Place an oil pan underneath the engine
To drain the used oil, remove the both drain plugs (1) at the bottom of the engine and drain the oil completely
Screw in the both drain plugs (1)
Fill new oil up to upper line on the dipstick (2)
IMPORTANT: When using an oil of different manufacture or viscosity from the previous one, remove all of the old oil. Never mix two different types of oil. Use the proper SAE Engine Oil according to ambient temperatures.

Sign off on the engine oil replacement
2 Yearly Tractor Maintenance
- Replace Air cleaner element [Double type] Primary element. Every year or every 6 times of cleaning
- Replace Air cleaner element [Double type] Secondary element
- Replace Parking brake (cable)
- Replace Fuel filter element
- Replace Fuel line. Replace only if necessary
- Replace HST oil line [HST]
- Replace Radiator hose and clamp
- Replace Power steering oil line - Flush Cooling system
- Change Coolant;
Initial 50 Hours Hydraulic/Transmission Oil Filter Replacement
CAUTION! Be sure to stop the engine before changing oil filter cartridge. Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and can burn.
Engine stopped and cooled down sufficiently?
Drain plugs at the bottom of the transmission case removed?
Oil completely drained into the oil pan?
Drain plugs reinstalled after draining?
Oil filter removed?
Film of clean transmission oil put on the rubber seal of the new filter?
Choose the type of filter replaced
New filter quickly tightened until it contacts the mounting surface?

CAUTION! Be sure to stop the engine before changing oil filter cartridge. Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and can burn.
Place an oil pan under the tractor
Remove the drain plugs (1) at the bottom of the transmission case
Drain the transmission fluid
Screw in the drain plugs after draining
Fill new oil from filling port after removing the filling plug (2) up to the upper line of the dipstick (3)
Run the engine for a few minutes, stop it and check the oil level again, if low, add oil to prescribed level
IMPORTANT: Use only multi-grade transmission oil. Use of other oils may damage the transmission or hydraulic system. Never work the tractor immediately after changing the transmission oil. Keeping the engine at medium speed for a few minutes to prevents damage to the transmission. Do not mix different brands of oil together.
