CAUTION! Be sure to check and service the tractor on a flat place with engine shut off, the parking brake on and chock the wheels

To prevent trouble from occurring, it is important to know the condition of the tractor

Check areas where previous trouble was experienced

Check the tire pressure, and check for wear and damage

Check the transmission fluid level

Check Air conditioner pipes and hoses

Check Lubricating points as required

Check Washer liquid as required

Check Amount of refrigerant (gas) as required

Drain Clutch housing water as required

CAUTION! Be sure to stop the engine before changing oil filter cartridge. Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and can burn.

Engine stopped and cooled down sufficiently?

Drain plugs at the bottom of the transmission case removed?

Oil completely drained into the oil pan?

Drain plugs reinstalled after draining?

Film of clean transmission oil put on the rubber seal of the new filter?

Choose the type of filter replaced

New filter quickly tightened until it contacts the mounting surface?

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Engine valve clearance adjusted?

If engine valve clearance is not adjusted, consult your local KUBOTA distributor for this service

All 50 hours maintenance performed?

All 100 hours maintenance performed?

Sign off on the 300 hours tractor maintenance

If battery is used for less than 100 hours per year, check the battery condition annually

Air cleaner [Double type] primary element cleaning

Air cleaner should be cleaned more often in dusty conditions than in normal conditions
