Sign off on the 250 hours tractor maintenance

Check Air conditioner pipes and hoses

Check Lubricating points as required

Check Washer liquid as required

Check Amount of refrigerant (gas) as required

Drain Clutch housing water as required

- Replace Hydraulic Oil Filter / Replacing Transmission Oil Filter [HST Type]

• Be sure to stop the engine before changing oil filter cartridge

• Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and can burn

1. Remove the drain plugs at the bottom of the transmission case drain the oil completely into the oil pan

2. After draining reinstall the drain plugs

4. Put a film of clean transmission oil on the rubber seal of the new filter

Sign off on the 400 hours tractor maintenance

CAUTION! Be sure to stop the engine before changing the front axle case oil. Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can be hot and can burn.

Engine stopped and cooled down sufficiently?

Right and left drain plugs (3) and filling plug (2) at the front axle case removed and oil drained completely?

Drain plugs (3) reinstalled after draining?

Right and left check plugs (1) removed?

Amount of new oil filled from filling port

Filling plug (2) and check plug (1) reinstalled?

Sign off on the oil replacement
