Battery Charging
Open the battery pack lid to access the battery.
Check the battery acid level. If necessary, add only enough distilled water to cover the plates.
Replace the battery vent caps.
Ensure that the DC output cord is properly connected to the battery. Black to negative, red to positive.
Connect the battery charger to a grounded AC circuit.
The charger will turn off automatically when the battery is fully charged.
Check the battery acid level when the charge cycle is complete. Replenish with distilled water to the bottom of the fill tube.
Remove the battery vent caps and permanently remove the plastic seal from the battery vent openings.
Fill each cell with battery acid (electrolyte) until the level is sufficient to cover the plates.

Use the bubble level and adjust the leveling jacks until the machine base is level
Air Line Lubricator Oil Level Check
Warning: Maintaining the proper oil level in the lubricator canister is essential to safe operation and good machine performance.
Is the platform fully lowered?
Measure the oil level in the lubricator canister (in mm)
The oil level must be within 12.7 mm from the top of the lubricator canister.
Is the oil level within the required range?
To add oil, remove the oil lubricator canister from the lubricator base and fill with oil.
Did you add oil to the lubricator canister?
Install the canister back onto the lubricator base.

Warning: Improperly inflated tires can affect machine handling.
Enter the air pressure in the front left tire
Enter the air pressure in the front right tire
Enter the air pressure in the rear left tire
Enter the air pressure in the rear right tire
All tires have proper air pressure?
