Preparation
Park truck on level ground
Lower the forks to the ground and tilt the mast back
Engage the parking brake
Put transmission in neutral position
Turn off engine

Preparation
Place lift truck on level concrete
Start engine and raise carriage about 100mm height
Place chocks behind rear wheels to prevent movement of forklift
Loosening and Lifting
Loosen wheel nuts 1-2 turns each by turning them counter-clockwise
Tilt mast fully backward, and place a wooden block under each side of outer mast
Tilt mast forward until front tires are raised from surface

Preparation
Start the engine and warm-up thoroughly, then shut off.
Oil Drainage
Remove the cap from the oil filling port and the discharge plug from the oil pan to let the oil flow out.
Check for milky engine oil indicating coolant infiltration.
Check for very thin oil indicating gasoline contamination.
Oil Filter Removal and Installation
Ensure drain plug tightening torque is between 29 N·m-39 N·m.
Detach the oil filter using the appropriate tool.
1000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Fuel Filter Replacement
Fuel Filter Removal
Remove the fuel filter
Remove the transducer
New Fuel Filter Installation
Install the existing transducer on the new filter
Apply a little fuel on the filter airproof
Install the new filter
Turn the new filter until the airproof mat adheres to the surface
Screw down the filter 2/3 turns
