Select the cleaning method used

Ensure the radiator fins are cleaned at a right angle

Check if the radiator fins are free from clogs

Replace engine oil with new oil

Air Cleaner Element Replacement

Install new air cleaner element

Lower the forks to the ground and tilt the mast back

Put transmission in neutral position

Hydraulic Return Filter Replacement

Loosen the bolt of hydraulic fluid reservoir cover plate assembly

Detach the hydraulic return filter from cover plate

Perform maintenance on the air cleaner after 50-250 hours of operation

Gently remove the filter element from the canister

Gently tap the filter element to dislodge any contaminants

Clean the inside surface of the canister with a clean soft rag

Inspect the filter element for voids, cuts or tears and replace if required

Install the filter element into the canister

Additional Considerations for Poor Air Quality

Is the worksite air quality poor?

Apply lubricant to front and rear of pin roll of tilt cylinder

Check the gear oil of drive axle housing

Is the gear oil level adequate?

Has the gear oil been changed after 200 hours?

Air-bleed the fuel system diesel
