Remove the air filter from the unit.

Clean the air filter using appropriate methods for a washable element.

Is the air filter in good condition after cleaning?

Reinstall the air filter into the unit.

Raise system operating pressure to 75% of relief valve set pressure

Manually open the relief valve with the hand lever and hold for a few seconds

Check shutdowns for proper operation

Is the 'CHANGE AIR FILTER' LED illuminated?

Ensure genuine Gardner Denver air filter elements are available.

Unfasten the clips and pull out the filter element.

Does the filter element require cleaning?
