Four Way Valve / Motor Valve Removal
Pre-removal Safety Precautions
Wait 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.
Removal of Parts Around the Four Way Valve
Remove the terminal cover and lead wires of the compressor to prevent damage from gas brazing.
Remove the thermistor for the heat exchanger, ensuring it is fixed back in its original position during restoration.
Ventilate the area if refrigerant leaks during the work.
Remove the four way valve’s coil, ensuring the thermistor retainer is not lost.
Remove the motor valve coil, confirming the refrigerant circuit is completely empty.
Cautions During Removal

Check that the base, stand, and other fittings are not decayed or corroded
Airflow Inspection
Check that nothing blocks the air inlets and outlets
Electrical Inspection
Check that the earth wire is not disconnected or broken
Drainage Inspection
Is the drain coming smoothly out of the drain hose during COOL or DRY operation?
Describe any issues if no drain water is seen
Partition Plate / Reactor Removal
Safety Precautions
Ensure all power supplies are turned off and wait 10 minutes before starting disassembly
Remove the Partition Plate
Remove the two screws fixing the partition plate
Pull the partition plate upward to remove
Fit the hook into the bottom frame when restoring the partition plate
Remove the Reactor
Remove the fixed screw to release the reactor
Remove the Reactor Assembly
Compressor Noise Absorption Pad Removal
Warning: Wait 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Remove the right side plate
Remove the three screws for removing the right side plate
Lift the right side plate to disengage the hooks
Insert the three hooks for the restoration
Remove the noise absorber
Untie the string fixing the noise absorption pad for the body to the compressor
Pull out the noise absorption pad for the body
Pull out the top pad of the noise absorption (a)
