Measure the power supply waveform between pins 1 and 3 on the terminal board

Is the power supply waveform a sine wave?

Is there waveform disturbance near the zero cross?

Document any anomalies observed during the waveform check

Use batteries of the same type when replacing.

Replace both old batteries together.

Remove batteries if the system is not used for a long time.

Has it been a year since the last battery replacement?

Is the remote controller display fading or is reception deteriorating?

CAUTION: When removing or attaching the front grille, support the grille securely with hand to prevent it from falling.

CAUTION: For cleaning, do not use hot water above 40 °C, benzine, gasoline, thinner, nor other volatile oils, polishing compound, scrubbing brushes, nor other hand stuff.

Ensure the front grille is securely fixed after cleaning.

Ensure all power supplies are turned off

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off power supplies

Remove the fixed screw from the stop valve cover

Slide the cover downward to remove using the three hooks provided

Perform forced cooling operation by pushing the operation switch on the main unit for five seconds

Top Plate and Front Plate Removal

Measure output voltage between pins 1 and 3

Is the output voltage about 5 V?

Check for pulse generation between pins 2 and 3

Are 3 pulses generated between pins 2 and 3?
