Press with a finger and slide the front cover to take it off.

Ensure the following guidelines are followed when replacing batteries

Notes on battery replacement or issues encountered

Check that the base, stand, and other fittings of the outdoor unit are not decayed or corroded

Check that nothing blocks the air inlets and outlets

Check that the earth wire is not disconnected or broken

Is the drain coming smoothly out of the drain hose during COOL or DRY operation?

Describe any issues if no drain water is seen

Stop the operation and turn the breaker OFF

Ensure not to touch the metal parts of the indoor unit

Use a robust and stable stool when removing or attaching the front grille

Support the grille securely with hand to prevent it from falling

Avoid using hot water above 40°C, benzine, gasoline, thinner, or other volatile oils for cleaning

Ensure the front grille is securely fixed after cleaning

CAUTION! Before cleaning, be sure to stop the operation and turn the breaker OFF.

Wipe the indoor unit with a dry soft cloth.

Wipe the outdoor unit with a dry soft cloth.

Wipe the remote controller with a dry soft cloth.

Was the cleaning process completed successfully?

Ensure the operation is stopped and the breaker is turned OFF

Avoid touching metal parts of the indoor unit to prevent injury

Use a robust and stable stool and watch your steps carefully when removing or attaching the front grille

Support the grille securely with hand to prevent it from falling

Hold the grille by the tabs on the two sides and lift it until it stops with a click

Open the front panel further while sliding it to either the left or right and pulling it toward you
