Wait 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.

Remove the installation frame from the mounting plate.

Gas Leak and Refrigerant Handling

Check for gas leaks and repair if necessary.

Connect all refrigerant from the unit if gas leaks were repaired.

Lift horizontal blade to open position.

Disengage horizontal blade from blade retaining section.

Bend blade slightly and remove it from the unit.

Insert the edge of the blade to the tip while rotating it, using the key pattern hook on the left side.

Restore the two fixed parts of the horizontal blade onto the hook.

Operate the unit for several minutes before shutdown

Shut down the operation using the circuit breaker

Ensure caution is exercised to prevent electric shock

Set the multi-tester to VOLTAGE RANGE

Open the front grille by holding the tabs on both sides and lifting until it clicks.

Remove the front grille by supporting it with one hand and sliding down the knob with the other hand.

Wipe the front grille with a soft cloth soaked in water.

Use only neutral detergent for cleaning.

If washed with water, dry the grille with a cloth and then in the shade.

Set the 3 keys of the front grille into the slots and push them in all the way.

Measure the power supply waveform between pins 1 and 3 on the terminal board

Is the power supply waveform a sine wave?

Is there waveform disturbance near the zero cross?
