Check the condition of the outdoor unit fittings

Ensure air flow is unobstructed

Check that the earth wire is not disconnected or broken

Is the drain water coming smoothly out of the drain hose during COOL or DRY operation?

Describe any issues if no drain water is seen

Stop the operation and turn the breaker OFF

Avoid touching metal parts of the indoor unit

Use a robust and stable stool when removing or attaching the front grille

Support the front grille securely with hand to prevent it from falling

Avoid using hot water above 40°C, benzine, gasoline, thinner, or other volatile oils for cleaning

Ensure the front grille is securely fixed after cleaning

Stop the operation and turn the breaker OFF

Open the front grille by holding the tabs and lifting until it clicks

Remove the front grille by sliding and pulling to disconnect the rotation dowels

Wipe the grille with a soft cloth soaked in water

Use only neutral detergent if necessary

If washed with water, dry the grille with a cloth and then in the shade

Stop the operation and turn the breaker OFF

Avoid touching metal parts of the indoor unit

Use a robust and stable stool when removing or attaching the front grille

Support the front grille securely with hand to prevent it from falling

Do not use hot water above 40°C, benzine, gasoline, thinner, or other volatile oils for cleaning

Ensure the front grille is securely fixed after cleaning

Press with a finger and slide the front cover to take it off.

Ensure the following when replacing batteries

Is the system not used for a long time? If yes, take the batteries out.

Is the remote controller display fading or reception deteriorating? If yes, replace with new alkali batteries.

Note that using manganese batteries reduces the lifespan.
