Disconnect the chamber from the power supply

Select the decontamination method

Are all inflammable goods removed from the interior?

Ensure the unit is absolutely dry and ventilated before start-up

Verify the functionality of the safety controller

Is the safety controller functioning properly?

Temperature Set-point Verification

Enter the current temperature set-point of the safety controller

Enter the desired temperature set-point

Set the safety controller set-point 2 °C to 5 °C above the desired temperature set-point

Is the safety controller set-point correctly adjusted above the desired temperature set-point?

Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Check the chamber and optional accessories for completeness and transportation damage

Inform the carrier if transportation damage has occurred

Remove transportation protection devices and adhesives from the chamber and doors

Take out the operating manuals and accessory equipment

Ensure chamber is lifted from the pallet at its four lower corners with the aid of 2 people

Disconnect the chamber from the power supply before cleaning.

Wear protective gloves and goggles.

Ensure no water or cleaning agents are spilled over the inner and outer surfaces.

Wipe the surfaces with a moistened towel.

Select the cleaning agents used

Disconnect the power plug before starting maintenance

Ensure the unit does not become wet during maintenance

Do not remove the rear panel of the unit

Ensure maintenance is conducted by licensed electricians or authorized experts

Inspect the door gasket for wear and tear

Replace the door gasket if necessary, ensuring it is cold before replacement
