Disconnect the chamber from the power supply

Ensure no water or cleaning agents are spilled on surfaces

Select the disinfectant for the inner chamber

Choose the decontamination procedure

Verify the functionality of the safety controller

Is the safety controller functioning properly?

Temperature Set-Point Verification

Enter the current temperature set-point on the safety controller

Enter the desired temperature set-point

Set the safety controller set-point 2°C to 5°C above the desired temperature set-point

Is the safety controller set-point correctly adjusted above the desired temperature set-point?

Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Check the chamber and optional accessories for completeness based on the delivery receipt

Is there any transportation damage?

Remove any transportation protection devices and adhesives from the chamber and doors

Take out the operating manuals and accessory equipment

Ensure the chamber is lifted from the pallet at its four lower corners with the aid of 2 people

Observe guideline BGI/GUV-I 850-0 on safe working in laboratories.

Turn the control knob (7) counter-clockwise until the chamber turns off.

Verify the safety device cut-off indicators

Press the reset button (7b) to release the safety device.

Turn on the chamber as described.

Safety Device Class 2 Response Temperature Check

Turn the control knob (7) to its end-stop (position 10) using a coin.

Disconnect the chamber from the power supply before cleaning.

Wear protective gloves and goggles.

Avoid skin contact with cleaning agents.

Wipe the surfaces with a moistened towel.

Use appropriate cleaning agents for each part

Completely remove cleaning agents from the surfaces with a moistened towel.
