Unlock the keyboard locking (option, chap. 9.7)

Select the safety controller set point type

Enter the value for 'Limit' or 'Offset' in the field 'Setpoint'

Ensure the safety controller set point is set approximately 2°C above the desired temperature set point

Lock the keyboard locking (option, chap. 9.7)

Confirm the temperature unit is set to °C

Remove the oxygen sensor from its socket

Place the oxygen sensor on the middle shelf of the sterilization chamber

Is the O2 sensor unplugged before starting the sterilization process?

Start the hot air sterilization process

Allow the O2 sensor to cool down before handling

Reinstall the oxygen sensor into its socket

Spray the sensor head with alcohol or wipe it clean with a soaked cloth

Enter the reaction time of the disinfectant used (in minutes)

Ensure the CO2 sensor is completely dry before reinserting

Is the filter in the front of the sensor damaged or dirty?

Ensure the unit is disconnected from the power source before cleaning.

Ensure the CO2 incubator is disconnected from the mains.

Wipe the surfaces with a moistened towel.

Select the cleaning agents used for exterior surfaces and instrument panel

Select the cleaning agents used for inner chamber, shelf holders, shelf holder bars, shelves

Select the cleaning agents used for CO2 sensor

Select the cleaning agents used for silicone door gasket

Ensure the gas supply is turned off

Gather necessary tools and replacement filters

Unscrew the two parker-screws left and right above the lower housing cover

Push the lower housing cover downwards to remove it

Identify the fine gas filters to be replaced
