Turn off all electrical power to the unit and use approved lockout/tagout procedures on all electrical power sources.

Remove the cover on the motor connection box.

Disconnect all electrical leads to the motor.

Loosen the two jack bolt jamnuts on the motor mounting bracket.

Turn the two jack bolts counterclockwise until the motor assembly moves closer to the blower pulley.

Remove the V-belt from the blower pulley and motor pulley.

Loosen the four mounting bracket bolts and lock washers.

Select the tool used for removing surface loaded fibers

Was the tool applied in the direction of the fins?

Ensure no water stream was used against the surface loaded coil

Routine Cleaning of Coil Surfaces

Use Totaline environmentally sound coil cleaner for cleaning

Was the coil cleaner used as per the recommended procedure?

Avoided use of coil brighteners, acid cleaning, high pressure washers, and poor quality water

Press the TEST button on the face of the receptacle

Did the receptacle trip and open?

Is the GFCI receptacle properly grounded?

Is the power line phasing correct?

Repair ground wire connections as needed

Correct the line phasing if necessary

Economizer or Outside Air Damper Inspection

Check the following components for proper condition

Hold the test magnet where indicated on the side of the sensor housing for two seconds

Verify that the sensor’s Dirty LED flashes
