Enter the current gearbox oil level

Is the gearbox oil level within the acceptable range?

Replenish the gearbox oil if necessary

Refill with the correct grade of oil

Check for any oil leaks after refilling

Ensure the gearbox is operating smoothly

Record the type and grade of oil used

Record the date and time of maintenance completion

Check the engine oil level on the measuring stick

Is the engine oil level within the acceptable range?

Replenish engine oil if the level is low

Check for water or contamination in the diesel fuel

Drain and clean the fuel tank if water or contamination is detected

Inspection of Compressor Components

Inspect the following components for any issues

Examine the compressor air filter for excessive dirt

Drive Belt Check (if applicable)

Is the compressor external to the driver?

Check the drive belt condition and tension

Was the drive belt tension adjusted?

Refer to Technical Reference for recommended vacuum pump oil

Exhaust Smoke Eliminator Filter Replacement

Enter the back pressure reading in psi

Is the back pressure more than 3 psi above the nominal running pressure?

Replace the exhaust smoke eliminator filter if necessary

Refer to the service manual for filter replacement instructions
