Refill with the correct grade of oil

Check for any oil leaks after refilling

Ensure the gearbox is operating smoothly without unusual noises

Record the type and amount of oil used

Enter the current gearbox oil level

Is the gearbox oil level within the acceptable range?

Replenish the gearbox oil if necessary

Tighten the pulley clamp screws

Inspect air compressor valves for leakage

Inspect air compressor valves for carbon build-up

Inspect the compressor components

Inspect the compressor relief valve for correct operation

Inspect the air compressor valves for any leakage or build-up of carbon

Clean and replace air compressor valves as necessary
